Riverbank Townhouses (New Units Coming Soon)
Called Riverbank Townhouses, this new construction started in the summer of 2022. When complete, it will consist of a single four-story building along the White River and behind the McDonalds in Broad Ripple.
The initial plan calls for eight townhomes that will have three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, bonus room, two-car garage, high-end finishes, will be just under 3,000 square feet with a patio and rooftop deck. They will have listing prices of at least $750,000.
Completion of the units estimated for summer of 2023
