Chad leads the Broad Ripple Historic Home Tour as the committee chair. This annual event is one of the largest fundraisers for the Broad Ripple Village Association and showcases the unique design and character of Broad Ripple homes.

Chad Thompson is happily involved in a number of events in Broad Ripple. Including: Committee Chair of the Broad Ripple Historic Home Tour, has served on the planning committee for the Broad Ripple Duck Race, and is Santa's official helper during the the Broad Ripple Lights Up Christmas Parade.
